French Waterman Opera - Black (Pen 2523)

Nib: 18 Kt Cursive Italic

The Waterman Opera was based on the Le Man 100. It's a heavy, large feeling pen. Cartridge/converter filler (converter included). The surface is etched so that it looks like chased black hard rubber. The nib is 18 Kt and was modified to a cursive italic by nibmeister Deb Kinney. 5 3/4", 144 mm. It's a pen I've purchased often - but for me it's just a little too big. For larger hands - a gorgeous pen and great writer.
