Harris Lever Filler (Pen 2538)
Nib: 14 Kt Rigid Medium
The J. Harris Pen Company made pens from around 1918 until some time in the 1940s. They were a third tier maker based in New York City - not at all fancy, but with very pretty plastic. This pen probably dates to the late 1930s or early 40s. It's in great shape and hardly looks it's age. Lever filler. Clear ink-view segment in the barrel. Lever filler. 4 15/16", 125 mm. [Note: I had a moment of dyslexia as I created the writing sample. This is correctly the sample for 2538, not 2358.]
