Parker Vacumatic - Slender Debutante - 1937- Burgundy Pearl (Pen 1459)

Nib: 2 Tone 14 Kt Fine

This is a small but jewel-like 1937 Parker Vacumatic in the uncommon Burgandy Pearl celluloid. It has a lock-down filler with a new diaphragm. The model is, I believe, a Slender Deluxe, but I usually see pens this size referred to as Debutantes. The transparency of the barrel is nearly perfect. The section is striped. The top jewel is black, the blind cap jewel is burgundy striped. The pen has an engraved name, "Janet Stawicki". The nib is two-toned and fine. 4 3/4", 120 mm.
